ENTAJ Grilled popcorn

3 persons per serving
Preparation time: 70 minutes

Chicken breasts 500 g
Flour 4 tbsp
Powdered sugar1 tbsp
Pepper ½ tsp

Onion powder1 tsp

Egg whites 2
Milk 4 tbsp (60 ml)
Ground bread or breadcrumbs 1 cup
Olive oil
Salt (as desired)

How to prepare it:
• Heat the oven to 250°C.
• Place a piece of chicken between two sheets of waxed paper and using the hammer, knock the pieces of chicken until its thickness is 0.5 cm. Then cut the chicken into small pieces.
• Combine the flour, sugar, pepper, salt, onion powder and blend well. Put the mixture in a bowl and then add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the mixture and put it aside.
• In a bowl, add egg whites and milk; mix with a fork until the mixture becomes smooth.
• Take a piece of chicken and put it in the mixture; coat and mix it well. Then coat it completely with the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process with all the remaining chicken parts.

• Finally put the chicken pieces on a non-stick paper and make sure that the chicken pieces are not sticking to each other, then cover them with olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper (as desired).
• Bake the chicken popcorn in the oven for 5-7 minutes on each side and serve it warm.
