ENTAJ Chicken a la mille feuille

ENTAJ Chicken breasts 4
Chopped onion 3 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Cream chees 200 g
Butter or olive oil 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Puff pastry dough 1 kg
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper (as desired)

How to prepare it:

• Melt the butter in a medium heated pot then cook the chicken breast cubes and chopped onions and garlic.
• In a bowl, blend chicken mixture with cream cheese, chopped parsley, pepper and salt.
• Heat the oven to 165 °C
• Cut the dough into rectangles. Put a tablespoon of the chicken mixture on each rectangle and fold in the shape of balls or rectangles.
• Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until it has a golden brown color.
