ENTAJ Chicken cream with fresh mushrooms and toasted almonds

4 persons per serving
Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

Grilled ENTAJ chicken breast 2
Butter 4 tbsp (50 g)
Flour 4 tbsp (25 g)
Milk 1 ½ cups (375 ml)
Onions 2
Celery1
Chicken broth 5 cups (1.25 liters)
Tarragon 2 tsp
Dried thyme1 tsp
Fresh mushrooms 4
Sliced toasted almonds ½ cup 
Salt and pepper (as desired)


How to prepare it:

• Melt the butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add the onions and sliced celery. Cook them for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
• Add the flour and stir the mixture over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken broth and let it boil on low heat.
• Add the tarragon, thyme, pepper and salt; continue cooking for 10-15 minutes.
• Add the chopped chicken breasts, mushrooms, almonds and milk; boil the mixture on medium heat, then reduce the heat and let them simmer for 5-10 minutes.
• The dish is served hot.
